The video settings advantage when you are using a 4:3(1280×960 Stretched) is that you are shooting in a wider target, so that’s the reason why most of the pro players are using this resolution and some go even lower to 1024×768 | 4:3 | (stretched). Also a big advantage when u are using 4:3(1280×960 Stretched) is if you have a computer that can handle only the minimum requirements you get more fps(Frames per second) that means you will have better gameplay. If this does not help and you get under 60 fps consider to get a new computer, because you gonna lag a lot and its really difficult to shoot a target under 60 fps.
